Former Raiders quarterback David Humm told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the late Al Davis would have loved to have moved the Raiders to Las Vegas.
“He would have loved to have moved the Raiders here. He told me that many times. He loved this town,” Humm said. “But there’s no way commissioner Pete Rozelle would have allowed it because of the sports books and gambling.”
I could have seen Davis moving the Raiders to Las Vegas. He could still enjoy the warm (very hot) weather and his team would certainly be the center of attention in a very famous U.S. city.
